Refund Policy

We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a return policy that allows you to return your order within 14 days of receiving your package.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Return period: You have 14 days to return your product, starting from the day you receive your package. Returns will no longer be accepted after this period.
  • Condition of the goods: Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be re-sold.
  • Exceptions: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Hygiene products such as underwear, bras, tights and cosmetics
    • Custom-made or personalized products
    • Items that cannot be returned due to their nature

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Return Request: Send an email to our customer service to request a return. Please include your contact information, your order number, and clear photos or videos of any defects or damage.
  2. Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the items. Please ensure that the items are in perfect condition and meet all return requirements.
  3. Shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. Please note that our warehouse is located in Asia and international shipping costs may apply.
  4. Tracking: A valid tracking number (Track & Trace) is required for returns. Without a valid number, the return will be considered invalid and will not be processed.
  5. Proof of Postage: Please send us proof of postage by email, ideally in response to previous email correspondence.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If a product is damaged upon receipt, we offer a free replacement. Please ensure you provide photo or video evidence clearly showing the damage.

REFUND

Refunds for returned items will be processed within 2-5 business days after the supplier receives the returned goods.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached. It must not show any signs of wear.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe the items have been used or damaged beyond our control.
  • All returns will be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense.

  • We assume no responsibility for incorrect addresses or problems during the shipping process.
  • We reserve the right not to issue a refund if the return conditions are not met.
  • Please note that your items, if applicable, must be returned to one of our warehouses. This may be located overseas depending on stock availability.
